Tree risk assessment reports for consulting arborists

Crownwise does not collect your data. There is no account, no server holding your work, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Everything you record stays on your device.
Nothing.
We do not operate a backend that stores your assessments. We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, crash telemetry, advertising identifiers, location history, or any other data about you or your work.
The following is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:

This data is included in your device backups if you have them enabled, under Apple’s terms rather than ours. Deleting the App removes it.

Photographs never leave your device except when you share a report.
When you share a report, iOS hands the PDF to whichever destination you pick — mail, messages, a file, another app. Where it goes from there is governed by that service, not by us. We are not a party to it and never see the file.
RevenueCat handles subscription purchases. When you subscribe, RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and the purchase receipt from Apple in order to verify your entitlement. It does not receive your assessments, photographs, reports or assessor profile. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple processes the payment itself under its own privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
If you never subscribe, the App makes no network requests at all.
Crownwise is a professional tool and is not directed at children.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. Your data is in your hands: it is on your device, and deleting the App deletes it.
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
