Fotoğrafını reklam görseline dönüştürmek için yapay zekâ sağlayıcımız fal.ai'a işlenmek üzere göndeririz; kredi/abonelik yönetimi, hizmeti sunmak, güvenlik ve iyileştirme için işleriz. Hukuki sebep (KVKK m.5 / GDPR m.6): sözleşmenin ifası, meşru menfaat ve gerektiğinde açık rıza.

Üretilen görseller fotoğrafından yapay zekâ ile oluşturulur; gerçek bir stüdyo çekimi değildir.
Girdi fotoğrafları geçici işlenir; ürettiğin sonuçlar hesabında saklanır; hesabını silince ilgili veriler kalıcı silinir.
Veriler AB'de (Supabase) saklanır; yapay zekâ işleme için fal.ai sunucularına aktarılabilir (AB dışı olabilir), uygun güvencelerle.

Uygulama 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.

Your product photos (only to generate ad visuals) · Info you type (product name, brand, note, tone/scene) · Anonymous account id (by default no name/email/password) · Purchase records (Apple/Google/RevenueCat — we never see your card) · Technical data and IP (only for security/abuse prevention).
We send your photo to our AI provider fal.ai for processing into an ad image; for credit/subscription management, providing the service, security and improvement. Legal basis (GDPR Art.6 / KVKK Art.5): contract performance, legitimate interest, and explicit consent where required.

Generated images are AI-generated from your photo; not a real studio photoshoot.
Input photos are processed transiently; generated results are stored in your account; deleting your account permanently deletes the related data.
Data is stored in the EU (Supabase) and may be transferred to fal.ai for AI processing (possibly outside the EU) with appropriate safeguards.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability. To exercise: anilsancarr@gmail.com. You can also delete your account and all data in-app (Settings → Delete Account).
The in-app "Delete Account" option permanently deletes your account and all related data; you may also request it by email.
The app is not directed to users under 13.
We may update this policy; significant changes are announced in-app.
